退款須知 Refund policy ： 

一.收到商品後享有7天保固期供您確認商品，因本店皆為二手商品，請於7天內確認商品狀態，超過此期限後，我們將不接受退貨或換貨申請。

二、退貨的商品必須回復原狀，亦即必須回復至您收到商品時的原始狀態 ( 包含附件、內外包裝、隨機贈品等 )。敬請保持原包裝商品的完整，我們完全保障您的購物權益。

三、若商品如經拆封後使用後，以致缺乏完整性即失去再販售價值時，恕無法退貨。 退貨期間內所有運費皆需自行承擔。退貨依照退貨程序辦理，因金物流及內部流程，約需21~31個工作天，款項才會退回。

After receiving the product, you have a 7-day warranty period to verify its condition. Since all products in our store are second-hand, please check the product within 7 days. After this period, we will not accept return or exchange requests.

Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging (both inner and outer), and any free gifts. Please keep the original packaging intact. We fully protect your shopping rights.

If the product is used or unsealed and thus lacks completeness or resale value, it cannot be returned. All shipping costs during the return period must be borne by the customer. Returns will be processed according to our return procedures, and due to logistics and internal processes, it may take approximately 21 to 31 business days for the refund to be issued.
